A collaboration between 3rd generation coffee farming cousins, Rodin, Jenner, Denis, Riner, and Maikel represent the future of coffee for the Villatoro family. Intentionally curating day-lots and carefully observing the processing results in a complex, sweet and structured cup with browning sugar aromas melting into milk chocolate and a sweet dried-fruit finish.

Hoja Blanca is a town defined by coffee. Here, in the high hills of Cuilco, Huehuetenango, the Villatoro family has been cultivating the land since the 1950s. The cousins work as a team, delegating different tasks during harvest. Rodin and Denis manage the wet mill and processing, Maikel supervises picking in the field to ensure only ripe cherries are selected, Riner oversees the drying patios, and Jenner cups relentlessly in the family lab—cupping through different lots and ensuring consistency across bags. Coffee is sorted, fermented for 36hrs and patio-dried for 14 days.
